Thanks!
I got everything back together today and just started it up to make sure nothing was going to explode and it was good to go. Before that I turned on just the pump to prime the system and man it primed in about 5 seconds and anecdotally the new setup really helped the flow increase by a noticeable margin. Same pump, just larger hoses, intercooler fittings, and new dual pass heat exchanger. Total capacity is about 1.5 gallons it seems. I used basically a whole gallon of distilled water and half of a prediluted antifreeze jug.
Really cleaned up the engine bay as well having everything on the passenger side

Got a little bit done today. Going to redo all of my shocks to vikings, but first I wanted to redo the back mounting to get the shocks vertical instead of leaned over, so todays project was the axle side of it so at least I could measure for shocks I needed. I cut and ground off the old ones and welded on the new mounts. I think I am going to pull the bed to do the top, that would make it so much easier.
I took an hour or so drive today pulling a trailer with some couches on it and thought this was a good test of the water tank. The result: my IATs are the same if not hotter. Basically 83F out today, and driving IATs were about 125F basically solid as a rock. When I got home I got out my temp gun and measured in a few spots. Keep in mind this was after an hour driving at 65-70mph pulling a trailer, not beating on it.
If the picture is hard to see here it is listed.
Reservoir tank: 125F
Heat Exchanger: 100F
Front face of blower: 175F
Back of blower/Jtube: 135F
Middle top of blower: 160F
IAT: 130F
Pretty toasty, and it seems the bearing/gearbox of the blower is by far the hottest part. Heat exchanger was basically warm to mildly hot to the touch. I am not real worried about it, I just thought it was interesting.
