How much was the pulley? I kinda think it would be worth it... Id go 2.7 if it will fit. You can slightly over spin it and shift at 6300. Id bet it's worth good power. The bump in boost from 10 to 12 is one you'd feel. Hell I bet the blower may even like it. I forget exactly what the efficiency map looks like.

Looks like it was $196 for the pulley and anodizing. I could put that towards the 4.0 blower and make all the boost!

Put a manual oil pressure gauge on it. With oil temp at 150, 35psi at idle, 45psi at 2000rpm, and 65psi at 4000rpm. So that seems find.

I took the reading at the oil filter block location, I wonder if it would be any different up by the oil pressure sensor? Its just a pain to get to that with the blower in the way.

How hard was it for you mentally to move on from the turbo setup?

I've been thinking about changing my setup, possibly even going back N/A, just because pushing 900 plus on the street isn't very practical and the setup is more doggish (the bigger turbo is much more like an on/off switch).

Do you know anyone in the area that could take you for a ride in a truck with a blower? That would make the decision a lot easier...

Sounds like you are getting to the point I was. It was very easy for me, but I just like to tinker and dont really care how fast it is. Nothing beats the thrill of a big turbo when it wakes up though!

So the real question.

Were you ever late for work?
