Funny you say that, I just bought a new 8" rear with TruTrac from a guy in OC.
I'm gonna push the factory diffs as far as they will go. After getting this new one, I'll have 3, so I'll have a spare lol
As lame as it sounds, I need to get a wheel sponsor. Everything else is cake.

Well, last couple days have been fun. Swapped injectors, fuel pump, and Jay's Hot Rods made a new intake tube section for me out of 4" 6061 aluminum tubing. I'm going to ceramic coat it some day. Probably just going to paint it flat black for now.
