Default BlackGMC build take 3 - Supercharger Time

Once upon a time in a 3 car garage in the sticks lived a Retard. Now this particular Retard enjoyed tinkering with vehicles. In the past the Retard had modified his truck in many different ways. The latest endeavor, a KB Racing turbo kit, was installed and it ran rather well. The Retard grew annoyed with the turbo and kinda bored at the same time.

Then one day the Retard was reading the forum and saw another member switching from his turbo kit to a supercharger. The 3 remaining brain cells the retard had left started spinning... "I could do the same thing..." said the Retard. The 3 brain cells continued to spin and dreams of a Magnuson TVS2300 danced through the Retard's head... Soon after a plan was put into action.

The plan:
TVS2300 front drive
8 Rib pulley system with OD crank.
Magnuson HD Tensioner
RDS Phenolic Intercooler spacer
Trick Performance 1.5 gallon Intercooler reservoir
Tick Performance Stage I blower cam 223/235 .61x"/.61x" LSA116+5
Kooks 1 7/8 headers
Some AN fittings (a build simply can not happen without a handful of AN fittings)

Now that the performance was pretty well taken care of, the Retard wanted to tinker with other things as well. The current set of autometer gauges always annoyed our dim witted hero, so an order was placed with Speedhut for all new gauges that closely matched the factory gauges... AFR, EGT, Fuel Pressure, Vac/Boost, Intercooler Reservoir Coolant temp gauge would soon be at our Retard's doorstep in the sticks....

The rest is Retard History..... On to the pics....

Preparation time.

I'm sure I will be bashed for this, but after riding is several different turbo and Maggie vehicles from the trucks to TBSS' I'm a much bigger TVS fan than a turbo fan.. Simplicity and instant torque to move these pigs. I like what you are doing!!

I rode in several modified CTSVs here lately and i liked how they drove.

being able to pull spark plugs easily without getting torched is also a nice perk!

Not sure of your goals but 600whp with some meth should be no problem.
