Hahaha, I know exactly what you mean, without hijacking your thread, I had an issue with my cross member for 4L80E swap that is going to cost me the labor to do this, now the money for a new cross member.

Picture says 1000 words.....

I got one side of the injector harness finished. All new wires. The ones currently on my truck have been cut spliced a few times also i want to tuck them away. Anyways all soddered (however you spell that) and heat shrunk.

Where did you get those valve covers? I would like to get rid of the ugly bracket that is OEM.

I've never heard of an ID customer being sorry about their purchase. Yea it is the same bosch injector, and that argument has been beaten to death.

How many stories have you heard where going from FIC to ID fixed injector behavior problems. Its all in the data they have the ability to collect. OP, I don't think you'll regret your purchase. When are you going to get them up and running. I need injectors real soon and if you are happy, I might get some ID's as well.

If I remember right, the holley intake only takes a 60mm LS1 length injector or the 38mm LS3 length injector. Why are you using the spacers if you can run just the injector at 38mm??

There is a thread on HPtuners about some of the differences. I believe the tip is slightly different. I could be remembering incorrectly thou.

I dunno. I just did not feel like messing with them.
