The exhaust looks great.

You're not the first I have seen with issues on standard trunion upgrades...

i am curious about your transmission your running. i have an 09 sierra with the roush 1900 setup on it. im making 525 to the wheels. i have a lot of good parts in my trans, but i cant manage to get it to stop burnning the 3/4 clutches. i assume you have a 4l60e in your truck? this thread didnt mention much about your trans other than the zl1 converter.

Pretty sure a ZL1 converter mean it's a 6L80 in the truck.

Also looking forward to hearing that exhaust as I'd like to use Magnaflow when I install the charger on mine.

I can't say that I had any real issue, but I saw some bad pictures posted around and found myself worrying about it on my brand new multiple thousand dollar engine build.

Yep, its a 6L80 with the factory 6L90 converter. The trans is a little strange sometimes in the way it shifts, but I can't complain about the durability.

i didn't even think of the possibility that you had a 6 speed. The quick look I did leads me to believe they can handle horsepower up to 600 without abusing it. 4l60s don't do well with much horsepower over stock my 4l60 is far from stock but my builder cant figure out what the malfunction is causing my issue.
BTW your truck is bad ride, i like the build you put together.

Its finally done. I haven't driven it much yet, but it is definitely quieter and deeper. I think it turned out well. What do you guys think?
