That truck is gonna look great with the drop and the transport wheels. I -almost- did them on my Intimidator SS; I even had a set here in the garage that had been powdercoated gloss black. Ended up selling them instead and put on 22" Dub Ballers (yeah yeah, kinda played out but I still like them.)

I think you're really gonna feel the weight of them trying to turn them over with the V6, though. Start saving money and donor hunting for the impending engine swap.

Im hoping it is a nice and simple look when done.
Probably will have the steel wheels coated a gloss black for added "pop".

Yeah the truck is no rocket, and I am sure the wheels will not help but for right now the truck is fine. Im not towing or drag racing. Just need to run around town hauling bikes and driving to work.
Not that I am not looking for a 6.0/T56 though.....just not the next thing on the list.

They're dusty in this picture but here's a gloss black teaser if it helps push you over the edge. I thought they looked great.

Parts are starting to arrive!
Side note...NEVER order from autoplicity!

Wheels are being coated in a gloss black. Should be done soon.
Falken ZIEX S/TZ05 265/35-22 tires showed up today.

Went with a set up SUPER simple OEM center caps. I think they will give me the look I am going for.

Belltech 5/7 drop with the upgraded shocks will be in next week.

Couldnt get the Belltech helper bags(they stopped making the kit), so I ordered the kit from McGaughy's. Plan to see if they will bolt to the Belltech C-Notch. If not Next plan will be to modify the mounting holes on the upper bag mount to work. If all else fails I will just by the McGaughy's C-Notch and be done.

Even though the truck only has 27k miles I ordered some parts I view as maintenance for while I am doing the drop kit install.
-Timken wheel bearings (it is a GM truck after all)
-New hub bolts
-Front rotors
-Front pads
-Complete energy suspensions "Hyper Flex" bushing kit

Few other things on the list to get done soon.
-V1 hard wired into the truck
-Uniden CB SSB radio install
-Might look for a carpet kit
-Roll pan with hidden hitch?
-NBS or NNBS seats with fold down jump seat

Truck did great in the snow we got last weekend.
I bet it was the first time the truck ever saw snow....

I have all the drop parts in house already too.
Just need to find a weekend to install everything.

I assume it will not take more then two solid days.
