Granted I'm not a fan of the tan but my trans guy uses it for his stuff lol why this color I will never know I've asked several times.... But brief run down of what she's got inside!!
D1 transbrake
2nd gear snap ring support
Internally dual fed
Custom direct frictions
Accumulator block off plate
Sonnax line rise kit
Billet forward clutch hub
Billet input shaft

This thing will take a beating!

Trans is ready for action!

Default Time to get back at the build!! Vacation is over!

Well took little time off and went on vacation with the wife... In the mean time my kit came in so here's few pics of the fab work and test fitment pictures. All in all kit isn't bad fitment seems good on with cold side and the turbo mainfold seems nice and durable. My only complaint was the debris left inside the piping. Had to debur the cold side and removed some slag on the Hotside left in it and throughly clean all the piping due to metal shavings. Was sent the wrong innercooler waiting to see if they make it right and send the 4 inch out. The headlight buckets did require a lot of trimming I ended up having about hour in each headlight bucket to get everything to fit and mount properly.

Looks great. Doing something very similar but not as nice for my beat up 05 2500hd regular cab. Single walbro 450, 243 heads, 7875, china studs. Stock cam and converter for now.

Nice!! I actually have a 07 classic 2500 hd I thought about doing a turbo on it... I have a extra 78/75 billet wheel turbo brand new in a box I won on a raffle that I'm not sure what I'll do with it yet!
