Not sure about the gbody spindle swap you guys are referring to..The OP said he changed hub and rotor. If the gbody spindle swap is a thing I'm interested to hear more.

I called Aerospace around a year ago and they will make custom brake setups. You have to send them your spindles and they will fab something up. The 5x4.75 kit was around 800 and the 5x5 kit jumped to around 1350 - for front setup. They said it would save roughly 30lbs of rotating weight. This is for the OBS trucks so YMMV.

most drag racers switch over to the g body setup because of the available aftermarket support..... it takes some playing with ball joints and tie rod ends to make everything work..... look at Tyler Scruggs dirttrackracer81 hes the one who pops first in my mind

how hard would you rate putting this cage in was? i have never done one but am savy enough to read up and with enough insight be able to install one. i am fixing to order a kit from S&W of mild steel. im pretty good at laying down a bead so that is a plus.

If any of y'all get the part numbers figured out on the g body spindle swap on the OBS trucks please post it. I would like to do mine.

I ended up doing the iroc rotors in the front and redrilling the rear axles for the 5x4 3/4 pattern

Are you referring to the kit that madman sold? Or is there another version out there.

No the OP said he got with Aerospace and had them custom make a set for his 1990 using stock spindles.
