Truck is stock 4.8L. Stock cam. All aftermarket parts are in a pile awaiting resolution of the small issues.

CEL is not flashing, misfires are via HP tuners, audible, and can feel them. Or at least you could. Now when it is in gear, acts, sounds, feels totally normal (with exception of loud external pump).

Realized I hadnt shown a pic of the finished bed. Also a couple pics of the hail damage from the trip down. They counted a total of 56 dents that will need to be repaired...

Last pic is showing a drop at the end of axle/rear housing. Can see it is caked in there, so had to be dripping for awhile now. Will take it apart when I remove the wheels to replace the tires.

Update: Still no idea on the random misfires in park. Truck no longer misfires while driving, but does go crazy lean when going above 50% throttle for unknown reasoning.

Sold the On3 turbo kit, turbo cam, and selling a few other misc items I had for turbo.

Woke up one morning and just decided I think an LSA blower setup fits this project more than I wanted the On3 setup. Cheers to wasting more money!!! Ordered new cam from TSP earlier today. It will go into the 5.3, as well as an 07+ WP while its being gone through. Going to order a set of factory PnP heads (havent decided on casting yet, likely just stick with 862's I have to avoid CR drop of the 317's I planned with turbo) to go on as well. Once I dial in the new N/A setup, I will install all of the necessary LSA items.

New tires for the ride installed, as I wait for the engine/trans to show up. What a waste of $1200, lol

JY 5.3 is getting torn down now and some love. Sold the On3 setup and related turbo items to go LSA route... however I am still debating a Trick turbo setup instead.

LSA seems to fit the truck better, and I likely wouldnt go too crazy since the truck is being built for my wife... But I am generally a turbo guy, so this mentality is tough to break. Will see what the next week holds and if I can make a decision.

Pics of trans and engine should be coming in the next few days.

Purchased one of the few Roush TVS1900 kits that were floating around today. Will get pics up when it arrives. Should be a nice setup for the truck to run 10-12 psi. Still has stock pulley, so I need to grab a pulley and possibly a 10% OD pulley as well.

Should start to have progress again soon. Been driving around NA lately, its like a tank.

So just curious. Have you thought about swapping the PCM out? could be acting up. Had one do almost the exact same thing yours is doing. Just my .02. good luck. Nice truck too

I have another PCM for that exact reason, didnt change anything though. Put the original back in. Truck has been running good for the last few weeks. Still rough on cold start, but once warmed up all is normal. Just putting miles on it while I wait for the go fast parts to arrive.

5.3 is taking a little longer to clean up than expected. Will get there. Hoping to have some pics soon to post progress.

Well, some progress finally. Trans is completed with Precision multi-disc LU. Gracias to Triple Edge Performance for the clean pics.

On to the 5.3 clean up, then its time to add some power
