Well had a blast at TX2k this year and really gave me some really cool ideas for the next step of my truck. A lot of new upgrades coming as well as some setup changes coming soon. Attended the Peitz Performance dyno night meet and actually won the power adder class with a 926hp/1185tq on a Mustang Dyno. Really surprised being the kinda hp that is usually out there. I beat the hell out of the truck all week, truck ran great with no losses. Ran a couple other turbo trucks out there as well as a couple Z06s and GTRs. The ext cab truck I ran was another nnbs twin turbo truck that said he made 800+rwhp as well. Can't wait till next year, anyways here are a few runs NLS Productions got of the truck as well as a few I got on my phone. Not stated in the video but the GTR counted down and took off while I was still trying to match his speed, all the runs are from a 60-160 roll.

Had a lot of fun at Tx2K and well like everything else when your around some amazing builds and projects and see the level that others are at I just had to talk to some of these guys and get some ideas for my own project. I just couldn't help myself after a badass week so made some calls and started ordering parts for the next step I want to take my truck to. First off made a call to Matt Owen, owner of Dedicated Motorsports. I been wanting to go back to a single turbo setup for awhile since I just don't really care for the packaging of the twin setup and also the hood stacks killed it for me. Took a lot of the "sleeper" fun away and also I just don't care for the truck to be loud like that 24/7. Anyways after talking with Matt and visiting his shop I knew his shop is the shop I want to deal with for the next stage. We decided to go with a new single Gen 2 GTX5533R-94, Tial stainless 1.30 A/R V band turbine housing and a some new custom fab headers, downpipe, custom cold side as well as some other fab'ed parts. In a previous post I posted a picture of the Chiseled Performance 3000 air/water intercooler, well Matt is going to change the dual inlet to a single 4" inlet for me to run it remotly behind the front bumper and remove the intake mounted intercooler. To remove the 417 intercooler, Blake built me a new tall upper lid for the High Ram so that notch i made in the cowl won't look out of place. More on that later. Also while the truck is at Dedicated we are going to be outfitting the truck with a complete Motec M150 ECM system to have full control of the new motor/boost setup since the stock e38 is tapped out at 20lbs. Speaking of new motor setup, I spoke with Bryan at LME and talked with him about building up my motor to do 2000rwhp+ and basically what we came up with was the LME 2500hp package which swaps to a Callies billet crank, Dyers 300m rods, Diamond pistons, 1/2 inch head studs and o-ringing the block and heads. Motor is currently ready to come out as I wasted no time, will be dropping the motor off next Friday for the new upgrades. Other then changing back to a bigger stock size cooling system lastly I'm going to be upgrading the fuel setup. Still going to keep the stock tank but going to be running a low/front mount belt drive fuel pump from Kinsler that will support the new setup without issue.
