hey i have a friend with a 99 7.3 powerstroke, its used for towing and a regular daily driver, he needs some chip or programmer that he can adjust on the fly, easy and fast... lets say someone wants a roll race so he can change it from towing to race on the fly... one more thing he wants the speed limiter higher or none...

Are you inquiring on what he needs to do or are you asking if someone can sell you something?

He should be able to pick up a hand held tuner like bully Dog or Diablo. Should be a few threads in this section talking about which is best if you aren't sure.

he might want to look into an exhaust, better intercooler and possibly meth injection


and for sure the banks six-gun or bully dog is be close to what he wants but a custom tuned tuning device will be best
