flowing and jetting
looking for appropriate nitrous express jetting chart. low pressure pump with a 90mm plate.
to set fuel pressure (i run a dead headed system) i unhooked the fuel line right before the solenoid and threw a jet into the fitting (taped down) and turned the system on flowing the fuel back into the tank with jet in place. set pressure at 6.5 psi. ran a 73 nitrous and 62 fuel. does this sound about right? i only made a 1/3 of a pass (bottle ran out, borrowed buddies) but it felt really strong and afr's looked good. i didnt pull the plugs because i was lazy, but does this sound like a good starting point?

That is defiantly the right way to flow it. In your case you are going to want to use the actual fuel jet that you are using in the plate to get the correct restriction on the line.
We call for a .073 nitrous and a .060 fuel for a 150hp shot at 10psi flowing fuel pressure, so being that you are running lower pressure that .062 jet should be perfect.

do you think im running adequate pressure? i currently have 7* being pulled which i know is more than safe being as I use C16 in my cell and only 93 in my tank. you think I can get a little more out of her if I put some more timing back in it? maybe run 5*? i would read plugs but to really get a good read id have to tow back to the pits which i just dont have those means (4 wheeler, etc...) do you have any good reads on the correct way to read plugs?

Yeah the pressure should be just fine. You could get away with putting timing back into it for sure. I would recommend you do a pass and then pull your plugs and see where the timing is, and then add timing.
