Default Went for a little drive this evening

Living in a small town in a rural area has it's photographic benefits sometimes, 2012 ccsb 5.3/6l80 belltech 3/5 with just a tune by Richter performance modifications.

Still need wheels, roll pan, grille and boost, but with the exchange rate on the dollar and rolling into the slow season at work, those will need to wait.

Default stock wheels/tires?

Whats your tire size on the wheels, I have same truck with a belltech 3/5 kit waiting to be put on, but I just cant bring myself to spend a couple grand on wheels and tires before I do the lowering,(and I even work parts at a gm dealership!) so I'll probly just lower it as is with the stock 17's the same as yours and drive it.

Sorry i'm a little late on the reply, just factory 265/70/17's
imo i'd do the drop before the wheels, it's relatively cheap and changes the entire look of the vehicle, hell i've had some compliments from people with high dollar **** and the only money i've dumped into the truck so far is 2 cans of plastidip to black out the chrome, belltech spindles and struts, belltech flip and some window tint haha.

I'm doing either black CK375's or black Caddy 22's in the spring though. My truck is also 4x4, so if yours is 2wd then it'll sit a few inches lower than mine.

yep mine is a 4wd too, mine came with 245/7017 that are due for a new set next spring, so i'll probly end up with the 265s too. I like what the new chevy z71's have for black 22's on them but that will be a little while down the road. It dosn't take much to get noticed with a lowered truck in canada, cause there aren't many of them, I can count on one hand how many of them are over here in kamloops, and I own two of them!
