New pictures of my 95 K1500 LQ9 swap
Here they are, this is a freshly rebuilt 2002 LQ9 with a comp 212/218 and a built 4L80e behind it. All work besides the shortblock assembly done by myself.

BTW, air filter there is temporary, you can see where the airbox will go between the battery and coolant resivoir.
And this should have been in the conversions forum.

It wasn't that bad, just time consuming since the engine was a POS rustball when I got it:
Also I rebuilt the transmission myself which took a little while having never rebuilt an auto tranny before.
The hardest part of the swap was integrating the existing systems (gauges, ABS, cruise, etc.) so that everything worked factory and looked factory. Basically everything besides the body and chassis was replaced or rebuilt. It even has the 2002 EVAP system in it.
It took about 6 months to complete but I was in college away from the truck for most of that time.
