BW S366 4.8 55-111 pull. 16-18 psi
#4
It feels better down low and mid range. I had a 70mm on 15psi, and worked great, but it was before I had meth, and my timing was real low due to iats. When I had some time switched to the 7875 and added meth at same time. I added 5 degrees more timing, and the 78 still couldnt match the 70mm in the 8th mile, but did pick up by the quarter. the 66/73 I have now should be able to do what the 70mm did if not better, and feels just as strong as the 78 did up top. The track will tell lol. I think for my combo, small motor, small cam, this smaller turbo will shine. Its goals too though, I know the limits of my fuel system, and dont plan on going faster then 10.80s. so im trying to have something that will be as effecient as possible, reach my track goals, and be a fun street truck.

Good luck to you on your mission!!! I dont know the perfect combo, The MP70 on low timing and rich AFR, PTC 3500 and 3.90s, 214/218 562/562 111 lsa cam got me damn close. Granted its 4400lbs, so if this S366 gets me there, I think its very streetable combo that will work for the single cab guys with 4.8s.

This is the same exact thing I am doing right now. I have a 5.3 w a triple 12 and 70/65 on pump at 11 psi. Makes ~500 wheel. I just got meth, Trick 5 inch race intercooler and a 78/75. I really hope the meth and turbo work together to keep my short times the same if not better and allows me to pick up power on the top end. BUT what you have provided is the opposite data. arg
