Just got word from my brother today at Camp Lejeune that he'll be going to Camp Pendleton for his first station. He gets done with his schooling on the 20th.
Great place to be stationed.

Sgt. Hicks - July 2001-present. I-level CH-46 powerplant mechanic. Currently on a MTT team in Iraq, but stationed in Jacksonville, NC with MALS-26.
Went to boot camp July 2, 2001

Okinawa (Futenma) Dec 02
Miramar, San Diego Jan 04
New River June 06-present

I was just accepted for a lat move into 0689, so I will be going to school when I'm finished with this tour (July 08-July 09), then off to 29 Palms for school...then there's no telling where I'll be...sorry my career was so long and drawn out lol.

No longer in but I sereved from 98-01 (2841) raido repair with 2nd Anglico in Camp Lejeune, but my one year schooling was at the stumps (29 palms)

I leave for P.I. in November for camp. Man I can't wait! I bet its death valley up there now because its hot as **** in MS. The hardest part is going to be leaving my truck

6414 nav/com tech, mcas new river. hey any of u ever wana hit the track in jacksonville friday nights or just wana run around town hit me up, i would love a few trucks to roll in and show these ricer **** whats up, im not that fast but ill still stomp most of them especially from a roll. im headed to afgan in nov so if its not within the next few weeks it will have to wait till may or so.
