love that battery mount. who makes it? did you just mount it to factory parts under the bed, or did you have to add some stuff?

That's universal mount from jegs. I just bolted it to the cross brace where the spare tire once was. I believe it was $36.99 painted black. Probably get it cheaper in raw steel.

does it hang below the rear bumper? i'm stuck between putting it under the bed vs in the bed. my fuel cell will be in the bed of the s10 so i was thinking i'd just put the battery on the right side and the nitrous bottle on the left...not sure if i can mount my battery up side down either...i'm boycotting optima until they quit making shitty batteries lol.

The way my roll pan is made actually hides the battery just behind the tag.

Sure I'm headed home now just got laid off. But I'm headed to Toyota Monday for 40 hours and day shift. These 72 hour weeks of night shift is for the night owls. Lol
