Heh There are two posts on the same subject. The only other post in this forum is the same.
Anyway is "danger Ranger" just a figure of speach?
By the way, did you finish your V8 swap and race the Mustang? I can't remember you posting anything about it.

formally known as minidriftin
hey guys, i used to use the username minidriftin but i have since then changed my e-mail address and forgot my password!lol! I did finish the ranger but not in time for the race i was shooting for. the motor was not stock but nothing to brag about. stock 89 mustang shortblock,9.5-1 compression with a frpp e303 cam,gt40p heads, crane roller rocker, performer rpm, moroso carb spacer, and an edelbrock 650. it also had an 8.8 out of a 98 explorer with 3.73s, factory limited slip, stock t5 w a zoom clutch and home mede shifter. it was basically a junkyard build. the combo was good for a 13.8@ 102 on 8.5" slicks. unfortunetly i never ran my buddys stang at the track but i ran him on the street. burnout fest til third gear and it just didnt hav enough 2 catch him in the end. he had me by 2 1/2 lengths at the end. I sold it to my neighbor 2 weeks later and he took out 27 mail boxes rite b4 he drove it into the side of house!NO JOKE!!! what a waste! It was a fun truck 4 being cobbled 2gether with a lotta rigging.
