I'm having the same trouble you are with the transfer case input pilot bearing. Did you ever get yours solved? i've been beating myself to death over this trying to figure it out. Maybe i have the input you need and have the one you need? If not, any help on part numbers would be GREATLY appreciated! I would even go so far as a phone conversation if you would rather do it that way. THANKS!!!!

Haha, that sucks. I got an 80 I just bought last weekend on my tranny stand I'm going to attempt to rebuild this winter to swap into mine next spring too.
