Seller has yet to provide all the parts after full payment was made over a month ago. Majority of parts were shipped, however seller felt the parts in the list below did not need to be sent AFTER deal was done and full payment was received.

Over 30+ emails and multiple phone calls; seller recognizes parts are still owed, however no action or proposed date of sending has been provided even after multiple requests for just a date as to when they would be sent. Tired of being ignored...

This is not my style, however the seller has left me with no other option, forcing me to resort to this thread.

Still not received from seller:
- Boost-a-pump
- 50# injectors
- V Bands and exhaust stubs as negotiated prior to full payment (Turbo connections were modified, pictures in sellers thread were from previous owner and not as per present state after sellers modifications)

Man that sucks. Hope it turns out good for you.

Would this be an opportunity for me and others to learn from this. For future sales send the seller a check for $2k, then upon receiving everything, send the last $500? If I was selling the kit, I would agree to that and if I was the buyer I would think that is fair. Especially with a "low" or no trader rating.

You have no patience. I told you I would send the stuff. I'm sorry it took so long as I have a very busy schedule out of town allot! Anyway thanks for the public bashing very mature. I will be the bigger man and apologize for not sending quicker and not posting the other part of the story online.

Nothing to hide here. If there is any untruth and "another part to the story", let it be known.

I see parts were sent today at noon, after I informed you of this thread last night. Too bad you would not have answered my simple question as to when you planned to send. If you would have even given me a date I would have been fine with that, however no response for over a week at a time, while you are on this site every day/night is not acceptable.

Tried working with you and bending over backwards in every way. Did everything you requested including immediate full payment just to hold the parts for me.

Still left without install instructions and exhaust connections as we discussed and agreed too, however it is no longer worth the hassle. If I get the parts you say you sent, I am done with this...
