I would call the harness a loss at this point. he has several methods to contact the PT.net staff to resolve the issue and hasn't. he also has several methods to reply to OP. I'm a little curious to hear his side of the story but I doubt we will ever get to see it.
the part that irks me the most is that it came from a member of the staff. it makes a shitty situation even shittier IMO.

Yeah the harness is a loss and i hope he made use of it since he never done what he said and sent it back to me. I also would like to hear an explanation.... reguardless of situation.
I sent him a message to his facebook page also over a year ago and it was read and he never responed to that either.
