Default Intune question

I just installed the 91 octane tune on a stock JGCSRT8 and noticed when I got into the transmission section it did not have a shift firmness selection like it did on the Challenger R/T. It has reset tcm in which I did and a mtcm raised shift points. I thought the mtcm was an after market mod or does the Jeep have it as a stock part. It also didn't have any selected rpms or is it pre determined by the Intune? It also says I have to raise the redline but didn't give me any selections. What gains if any will this do and will it have any adverse effects on the engine. Right now it shifts @ 5700 from 1-2 and @ 6000 from 2-3.

I know this is old but thought I'd answer anyway. W/o an aftermarket TCM, any changes are just temporary via the inTune. If you get a custom CMR tune for it, you'll be much happier, but the TCM is still limited. The Paramount TCM seems to be the best way to go as they have invested a lot in it. It will bump up your gear at redline vs the Mopar which will not.
