I sold a Truetrac to him on 8/8/12 and UPS lost it, I went round and round with UPS and they finally found it over a month later and 2nd day aired it to him. So he paid me on 8/8/12 and didn't receive it until 9/17/12. He totally understood the situation with UPS and never had a bad attitude about it like I would expect from most people over the internet, even though at that point it was out of my hands. It was a shitty situation, and he was cool as hell about it the whole time. Thanks again Thomas!
