Default Need help with custom grind cam

Hey guys wanted to get yalls opinions. I have a nnbs gmc sierra crew cab with a 5.3l w/ the 6speed trans so far, just cam 3600 circle d stall, headers, cai, 390 gears.
i am going to port and polish my 243s and mill them.
the cam is not working with my set up and is meant more for a ls3, i talked to tick performance and pat g to spec me out a cam. what are yalls opinions on cam to go with.

224/230 .612/.600 112+2
or
222/226 .626/.626 110lsa+2
or what other cam would do great power for this lil 5.3l. Its not my daily so a good aggressive cam is good.

My personal choice would be a 222/226 .600/.600 which is a .353 lobe lift.

No need for the added lift...

LSA and and ICL will vary off of the static compression your sitting at.

We use Bullet for our LS cams if your interested.

If you go with either the second is the better option, Cam Motion would grind it I assume?

Without knowing all the specs of the current cam, it just appears too big for your truck.

I think the same will be true of option 1. Option 2 will chop really hard in a 5.3 and be making a lot of torque by 3600-4000. I would expect it to rev to about 6400 in the 5.3, where as option 1 will want a lot more revs. In a crew cab with a 5.3 you need all the power all the time, especially off the line. Option 2 is much closer to what I would spec for myself than option 1.
