Here is what I did with my 5.3. Should be pretty similar.

76mm

Very very small difference in spool.
eBay head studs
Ls7, pushrods, trays, gaskets... all from Texas speed. They had the best deals.

Thanks mdwatts. That is a great build and sad thread. Like I asked choda. Did you notice a lack of bottom end after the tripple 12? Just wondering about my cam choice. I'm waiting for stock48 to get back to me on shipping. And talking to brian tooley

Actually, I would say that the triple 12 increases low end torque. Turbo cams are designed like this so you can have good driveability when you're out of boost.

Awesome good info. Stock48 did mention another grind for more low end so I'll decide from the two.
Thanks again

All Parts ordered, Head studs, ls9 gaskets, ls7 lifters, TSP pushrods, front and rear main seals, LS 2 timing set and PAC 1218 springs!

I am still contemplating the cam I was pretty sure I would go with the smaller 206/212-112lsa, buy now second guessing myself and thinking I should go Triple 12 both from stock48.

Opinions?

I am going to go with the smaller of the two cams.
Not going for peak power and with a combination of 3.42 gears and running a 2000ish stall. I think it's the best bet.
