The 3.6L V6 is a different story though.

in theory every DI engine need top end cleaning in a regular times ,

when i installed it my truck maybe was around 3000miles , the intake tube is clean but the back of the tb and the intake manifold were oiled up also valves will need cleaning which is time consuming , better be safe man

Install a $300 catch can and cleanside separator and forget about it! After I saw my valves as clean as new I highly recommend them. In fact the Service Manager and a Sales Manager at the Chevy Dealership saw my can and inquired about it and they both have them on their Truck, Camaro, Vette now

routing on can:hose from pcv to catch can and return hose to pcv port on blower. Routing on cleanside separator from oil cap adapter to intake tube, crossover pipe from valve cover to valve cover.

I have an Original RX can

Like this one?

I pulled this off of a V6 Camaro that got traded in at work. I was going to use it in my supercharged G5 but it looks like a 3 port can works better for boost?

Exactly.... I drilled mine out and added another port for a 3 port can.
