I remember years ago I had an issue on a used MSD product so I called MSD to get the part. They shipped me a replacement part at no charge and thanked me for using their product! I was dumbfounded but I can tell you they have a customer for life! That is the way I do business. I return calls 7 days a week if just to tell them it will be tomorrow and I bend over backwards for my people and my services are not cheap. My customers wont let anyone else touch their Ac/heating equipment even if they occasionally have to wait, they wait. If you give it always comes back to you because word gets around Really sorry you're having a rough time but just get past it. I'm not happy with my dealer having to shell out money that should be covered on an unrelated item to my blower install but **** 'em. I love my little ride so it's worth it. I'm moving on. Just keep in mind...you're gonna love it!!!

It was un-opened all of the bags were sealed from the factory....That's why!
Ted your right about customer service and I guess I will get over it so I recon I will shell out more money but it isn't right in my book! Once I built a tank for a guy that had damaged it and I knew he did but did it anyway to make it work for him and it paid for me 10 fold in the end just as a repeat customer. It really didn't cost me much to build anyway.
