Default 2014 RCSB tune only racing

Here's the vid of that race
Facebook Post

Pretty happy with it. i was hoping for a 14.3 - 14.4....so a 14.5, for first time out is pretty decent. Is faster then my old 2001 was when it was a stock ls1 with a tune.

monday morning...leave your race number on...cuzracetruck.

Very good considering the heat! You'll get those times or better in cool weather. With traction probably see 13.9x's.

FYI I was 9.13 @ 75 in 1/8th, 2.0 60' bone stock with a bed liner and cover (150 lbs). I'm 4wd and it was 65 degrees. The weather and traction was great. You'd be quicker and faster.

What wheels are those!?!? Looks sick! Longtube headers and a tune should put it well into the 13s traction pending...

Curious as to what you used to lower your truck? do you drive it on the street? did you notch your frame? I really like the way it looks!

i drive it every day and almost every where i go.

it's got a mcgaughys 4/7 lowering kit with another 1" drop shackle in the back to total 4/8 drop. i dont have a notch, but i do hit the frame every once and a while..

I have the same, at 3.5/6, but the front tires hit the fender liners on the highway sometimes.... are you running McGaughy's front struts? I'm running 305/40/22 all the way around, maybe that's the issue.... What size are your fronts?

that's your issue. 305/40/22 is a pretty tall tire for the fronts on a dropped truck. 31.57 tall to be exact. for a 4" front drop, typically your front tire needs to be close to 30" tall...or you'll rub alot...like you are now.

305/40/22 is what i run in the rears. for fronts i run a 265/40/22 (30.35 tall). so i have a little over 1" height difference front to back (also why the rear is dropped 8"...to level it out a bit).

that 305/40....nitto?
