Default Upgraded aux cooler mounting location - GMT900

I'm wanting to upgrade my factory aux cooler and I'm having troubling finding a place to mount it. I want to mount it where the factory one is but the grill brace and hood latch braces are in the way.

Does anybody have pictures of where you've mounted yours on a GMT-900? All pictures I can find are on GMT-800s

I've been looking around and any of the GMT-900 installs that I've found have been for a Sierra. Because of the grill and the grill mounting tabs being different than the Silverado, I can't find any installs for a Silverado.

Has anybody installed an upgraded trans cooler on a GMT-900 Silverado only?

I bought a kit from a guy on here who sells install kits for the tru-cool 40k for gmt 800s. I used everything other than the bottom brace. The gmt900 brace is welded on and has to be slightly modified. Very simple install. I cut my temps by 35-40°.

If you buy the true cool 40K it comes with universal brackets that can be used to install on your gmt900. Just paint the brackets black and the ugly goes away pretty quick. Unless you want a better "looking" install.

When the cooler came in didn't want to wait on brackets to put it on. Drilled 2 holes in the top and 2 holes in the bottom. Had to relocate the outside temp sensor but it all works ok. Been a couple of years with no problems. This is on a 2011. But I put one on a 2008 also.
