Yea sure I'm not one to keep a secret. 210/224 .556/568 112+5 I combined the lsr can specs with the vvt. Should get in next week and will let everyone know if it's the way to go in a heavy vvt 4.8 app

Reading this just made me wonder about a 12 ram express we put a comp cam in, and the tech swears a stock hemi would blow its doors off. kinda wonder if dodge did the same thing as gm with cam cores?

Just an update I got a call from a tech at comp since they were about ready to grind my cam. He said that the original tech did not realize that the factory 189 core will be have a standard intake centerline advance of +15. They just wanted to make sure this is correct since the grind was submitted as 112+5. Glad they called otherwise I would of been in the same boat with cam that is retarded. They took down the information again and the cam will be 210/224 556/568 112+15.. The only thing that is changed from the off the shelf version is the LSA which should give me better throttle response and slight torque advantage compared to the 114

I was really wondering about that, Comp says yes but the lift is not much more then what my current set up is with no limiter. I figured buying the limiter is cheaper then finding out the hardway and having some interference issues. .550/.550 will clear on a vvt without a limiter.....
