Found a 261 but waiting to see if you find the magic replacement input on the 1222

Any luck fitting that input shaft? I have held off on the 261, rather use the mp1222 since it's in great shape, but still no 32 spline input as of yet

Its not going to work, its out of a 246 that was mated to a 4l80, the mp series t cases use a much different input....

Figures, now to find out if the older 261 will work in the gmt 900, it is looking like it should be of course never know until we do it.

I saw an np 246 in a 2007 nnbs tahoe last week, so yes it will work, may need to measure driveshafts etc, but cant see them being that different!!!
