Default Adding power mirrors to a NNBS W/T

I have a 2007.5 NNBS Silverado W/T. I bought the turn signal/heated mirrors figuring they would be plug and play but I was wrong.

I went and installed them tonight and found out there is no plugs in the door panels for these to plug into

I have read and searched with not much luck. Is there a way to make these work or no? Any and all help would be appreciated. Thank you!

There is a thread that specifically describes the very complicated method of adding the power fold into a truck that was not wired for them. I think it's a sticky somewhere.

Alternatively, you can just slap them on and wire the power fold wires to a new switch that you install in the dash, powered by a 12v source. This was the method I used and it works great. Just get a good switch because the GM power fold motors will burn up if you leave power applied for too long, like if your switch gets stuck for 6 hours like mine did... Expensive mistake.

To add power mirrors winders and locks you need to pirate the cross body harness and door harness out of a truck the same year model as yours.

Doing a PW/PDL install with standard mirrors is no where near as nasty as trying to do a power fold signal mirror install.

Thanks I appreciate the help and responses. I have read the power fold thread and have no interest in that part. I just wanted the signal and heat to work. I read a thread a while back and it seemed like plug and play is why I bought them but of course I cant find the thread anywhere.

I'd also be interested in the PW/PDL help if you know of any. A couple of the threads started but were never finished so any help with that would be great to.Thanks again.

does anyone have a site for the electrical diagrams for these trucks?? I think it may be easier just to hard wire them and be done if I can figure out the colors codes for the wires.

Thanks again.

I guess I misunderstood, I thought you wanted power fold. I am actually not sure exactly what you are trying to accomplish.
I don't have a wiring diagram but I wired my puddle lights to 12V with a relay that was controlled by the dome light signal and the power fold to a constant 12V source so I could cycle them at anytime. Maybe you'll find the following threads helpful... if not, I tried!
Wiring to RAP
Interior Light Circuit
Fix Buzzing Relay due to Voltage Fade

Again, not sure which mirror model # you have, but on mine the power fold was a light blue wire and a yellow wire, and the puddle lights were (2) orange wires with a solid white stripe. All of these terminated into a white plug on the mirror.

Find a donor truck same year as yours grab every scrap of wiring out of the interior and doors including all modules and reinstall in your truck. It will all work when completed.
