really was interested in going the VVT route though...
I still can't figure out if anyones tuned VVT with EFILIVE or if i have to find a new tuner. BB hasn't got back to me yet. If we didnt have brutal winters here in canada id be trading this thing for a ZL1

I know i just saw that on their website. I'm calling them tomorrow to see what we can work out as i already have springs seats and pushrods...even valve seals from them. And maybe they want my original heads and gimme a discount??

Hold on a freakin minute! $899 core return on those? Umm damn, thats a good price. Are you ordering bare heads and doing the assmbly of the head yourself or are you sending your springs and seats to them and having them throw them into the build of your heads? Your running the VVT cam on yours correct? Which cam did you go with? Is it from Comp or from Mast? Mind sharing the specs on it?

yeah cant beat that price! I'm using the VVT-1 ftom TSP. It is a VVT-1 from comp cams but custom grind. they won't let slip the specs....try it out with these heads anyway and see what happens. this will be enough work this year. looks like 418 stroker kit next year with a new manifold and injectors. might need a new cam for that build. and a tranny
It was confusing about the price...I really have no idea what he was saying but there will be a discount for already having the springs and seals and whatnot. I just need to know if my stock valves will work. and if it will be cheaper to assemble them myself. I'm gonna call back when i get paid on monday and confirm. ill let you know what happens.

Keep us posted. I had planned Hollow stainless valves. I was thinking I would replace most everything in the heads to go stronger so i know nothing will fail. Parts change I was considering which anyone with more head experience than me feel free to chime in on.
-Beehive springs
-comp trunion kit on rockers
-seals
-hollow stainless valves
- Titanium Retainers
- Machined Locks
- Push rods
- VVT Cam (TSP, EPS or Mast)
- CNC'ed L92s
- Ported 90mm TB
- Possibly Ported truck intake
- Stall at some future point (6-8 months)
I was thinking build it once, build it right. Suggestions on any of this or any other parts I should include or that i should change?

Not that I am aware of. I was looking at the Comp Beehives recommended for the VVT cam swap. I'm still waiting on word from Geoff at EPS on cam/spring recommendation.
