Default Well driveshaft #2 strikes out!!!!!

Is it just me or can GM just not make a good balanced driveshaft? This is the second GM steel driveshaft that I've had twist dead in the middle and come on out? WTH? I'm disgusted right now. Any comments or suggestions?

Stock drivetrain is way sketchy. Don't think I'll be going back to the track or dyno until I get a built shaft as well.

No. It's not balanced. It's a factory shaft like the first one that came in the truck. This was the first time I had been over a 100 in a long time and about 115ish it was pulling GOOD and then WHAM!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sucks man, sorry for your luck!

I'm researching a two piece design for my CC truck with the help of a few members on here so I can go 135+ eventually.

Yes they broke the exact same way. Put the new heavier made 3.5" steel shaft in today and cruised up to bout 90. It was good and smooth but lost my nerve. I figured I better ride a while before I destroy $400!!!!!LOL. Btw, the other 2 were factory one piece STEEL.
