Default very lean problems

I am trying to figure out why I can't find my lean condition
Longterm trims at 25
Short term at 53

I have I'd 1000s
Fuel pressure is 60
Injectors have been tested in another car
Tune is good
All injectors have power an ground an the truck runs really rich until trims kick in
Motor was just built but I torn it down an rechecked everything already
Tried multiple computers
I don't know what else to check. I have holley hi ram no leaks on anything. It's driving me crazy

That's with maf and speed density
Tried both
Like I said no leaks anywhere intake side or exhaust side

Sounds like a massive exhaust leak before the sensors. Do you have a wideband in there? Done a leakdown test?

As I have said. I know it's not a leak. I have plugged up exhaust an smoke tested everything.

I do have a wideband sensor in just haven't hooked it up yet

Tried replacing the sensors? I would install the wideband to get a good baseline to compare against.

No i had this motor built an I installed the turbo at the same time. The tuner knows what he is doing so when he tells me it's not in the tune I believe him. He spent multiple hours with the truck an can't figure out the problem. I will hook up the wideband to have something else to go on tho.
