Default Tvs1900 on an 02 5.3 silvy

So i tried to order a Radix kit bit thwy are all sold out... No more ever that can be bought new. So i called magmacharger amd they said the TVS1900 for a 2003 will go on a 2002 because i dont have an egr valve. The only thing ide have to customize is the throttle cable brackets. Has anyone done this before and if so how? I looked online but cant seem to find any forums or info on how to do it or anyone that has fit a tvs on a 02 silvy with a 5.3. Any help is appreciated and tips to make the install easier or better performance.

Throttle cable bracket shouldn't be hard, they make generic ones that I'm sure you could adapt to your blower.

Something like this would work
LS Cable Driven Throttle Bracket for Nick Williams Throttle Body

Also if you're interested in a radix kit, we've got a member who is selling one with upgraded j tube.

From what I've read the 90mm J-tube is a direct bolt on to the blower. You just need a matching throttle body. I'll be watching this thread because I'm seriously considering stepping up to a 1900/2300 for mine.

The tvs 1900 on pre 2003 models will work good. The 2003 TB has 3 bolts just like the 02' the only thing is 03' has an electronic throttle instead of the throttle cable so you have to fashion your own throttle cable mounting bracket. Which IMO looks easy. i can either buy one thats close and just customize it to fit or weld up my own

J-Tube bolts on the blower. So it's good to go. He also has the stock tube.

LOWRIDERGMC is the one looking to sell his. He's gotta be one of the faster trucks on here running the Radix. Made ~470 to the wheels with it I believe?

Hopefully he will chime in

I believe the 470 was just a cam and the blower.
