Default Stumble and rough idle

As the title says. Sometimes it's worse than other times. Any ideas

Do you have the ability to check your fuel trims? I would start out with the basics and make sure you have good plugs, no problems with the wires, no intake leaks, and that your MAF is clean.

I do not. and I've just put new wires and plugs in it a month ago. I think I need to clean the MAF but not sure how

pull little vacuum hose off of fuel pressure regulator if it is wet your fuel pressure regulator is bad -
