Somewhere on here says its 100-110 lbs? Can some one post a picture of 6.0 with trans? I think I am missing some eletronics on the 4l80 and on engine there is a hole for something behind TB on intake. Trying to make sure I have everything it was engine one place trans and wire another.

Then keep what you have. If your doing a build anyway then just buy the heads and pan you want and sell yours after u take them off. And with low miles whatever else u upgrade the stock part will probably sell since it doesnt have 100k miles on it.

If I switch out truck manifold for a LS1 then maybe I could do a U bend and place aircleaner on top of manifold? I here truck manifold beter for a driver and I have no idea of parts need for swap? Man,fuel rails,TB,belt tensioner relocator or water pump am I close?

I missed your post earlier but yes the port directly behind the TB is for the EGR.
If you want to run an LS1 Intake you will need the complete set up with fuel injectors and rails. The plugs on the injectors will be different so you will have to change the plugs or buy adapters.
On a set up like yours you can modify the fire wall and run the intake backwards or run the intake tube inside the cab.
Other wise you may have to switch to a carb style manifold and run the TB on top with an Elbow.
