Question mp112 from 2003 dbw to 1999 dbc

Hi, I looking for the easiest way to take a Radix MP112 off a 2003 2500HD 6.0 and install it on my 1999 1500 5.3.

My 99 still has the stock pcm and it will need to be swapped to 12200411.
The 5.3 is currently running great with a comp cams xr275 and SD tuning
Both truck throttle bodies are 3 bolt design. The 03 is drive by wire. The 99 has throtle cable and cruise control.

The 03 has a MP112 with the intercooler. I want to return this truck to stock and us the blower on the far lighter 1/2ton short box 99. The current plan is to use the injectors and fuel pump from the 03. I will need to find a positive preesure MAP somewhere.

Obviously there will be some tuning required.

What problems will I run into?

Be quicker easier and make more sense to just swap the intact, running RADIX 6.0 complete into your half-ton. That's what I'd do.

I hear the "no replacement for displacement" reasoning..
However, you pretty much need to remove the blower/intake to remove the engine anyway. and, I don't want a cammed 5.3 in the 2500. Some guys are reporting that the 112 blower produces the same power comparing 5.3 to 6.0?
I think the blower on the 5.3 will be satisfying enough for the time being. The truck doesn't get used that much. Maybe later some bigger heads will go on it. If I wanted to do tons of work, I would swap all the 03 parts over... eng, trans, drive-by-wire, dash, wiring... and then move all the 99 pieces to make the 03 run, but I got other things to spend my time on.
