John, there's 2 small holes in your steering wheel, you need 2 small pick tools and stick them in those holes. You'll feel the tabs in there to release the horn cover. It helps to have a friend pull on the horn cover while you push in on the tabs with your picks. I suppose you could use 2 skinny and thin phillips screwdrivers. I did this on my truck when it was brand new. Super easy

easy peasy John, like Joe said. Use a 1/8" allen key and push it inside the hole on each side of the column behind the wheel one side at a time. You will feel the bar release and the cover will move forward ever so sligtly one side at a time....you may even have to pull it a little with one hand while you pushing the allen key in with the other hand. You dont need to disconnect the battery or anything, just dont drop the air bag after you take it off. Once its in your hand, pinch then pull the connectors off the back of the airbag. You dont need a puller with these wheels either, just remove the air bag, take off the nut, then give the wheel a wiggle while pulling toward you. Good luck.

You guys don't really need to tell him exactly how to do it, none of us would think you guys mean if you casually led him astray with this particular task.
