Ordering junkyard parts, it happens....most reman units dont come with a pushrod or spring! Do you by chance still have the box they shipped it in?

No I don't have it but I know it wasn't in there. Does it simply slide in or does the spring and retainer have to come out?

Usually put the pushrod in then the spring and retainer, cant remember at the moment if the gms has the plastic ring on the booster end of the rod or if its the fords that do?!

It's not very easy to find this dam push Rod. All different lengths and diameter

Id hit a junkyard and find a similar truck and get that one
