Default 03+ bcm/interior swap into 99 truck?

Pulled everything out of a 04 Silverado. Completely everything, steering colum/wheel, dash, interior, through firewall harness, door harnesses, mirror/headliner harness, everything. Has anyone done a swap into the 99-02 style trucks?

Hope you got the door harness and the interior door panels with switches and seats too!

Nope! Need the ECU and BCM from the 03- up trucks along with airbag module and possibly the front sensors. You will need a cluster too as those are different. Also the XM stuff if your going to use that as well.

99-02 is completely separate/different from 03-07 classic. Even some of the stuff from 03-04 to 05 is different and same thing with 06-07 classic stuff.

I got the under hood distribution block and everything from there into the cab, gauge cluster, everything. Turns out the under hood distribution block on the 03+, is also diffrent from the 99-02, so I'm going to get a more in depth look at all this tomorrow.... but the whole thing might be a bust! I'm pretty sure I don't wanna swap out the engine harness, plus this 99 is a dbc, not sure how this will affect anything but I'm pretty sure I don't feel like dealing with it! At the very least, the power seats will be hooked up and possibly the newer style door panel switches... I don't see those being a big deal

Not trying to hijack the thread, just had a question regarding the swap. If you have the BCM from the 03 and an ecu from 00 lq4, would it work or no? You'd need the 03 ecu and the dbw setup ?
