My truck is a 2010 but Rick lists his kit for 99-13 so I believe that is what it will fit.
This is a Stage 6 Stage Hot pipe kit.
which is a 4" down pipe and mine is identical to that setup other than it's a 3.5" downpipe.
Plus my manifold is the twin scroll, like this: Turbo-Manifold
That is a $50.00 adder over the open flange.

Figured I'd bump this back up as it's still boxed up on the shelf and I haven't really pursued selling it.
One of the outlets on the IC (the angled one) has been modified to straight out from the cooler. It would work on a NNBS as-is going around the radiator or I could have the other elbow modified to straight out as well.
