People are still buying just as many performance parts, regardless of the "bad economy." Something is only worth what others will pay for it, as I'm sure you know. If you're tired of dealing with it, lower the price. I've gone through the same ordeal with my truck and various other parts, but that's just how it goes sometimes. With prices of full turbo kits and used superchargers being fairly low, it's hard for a lot to justify paying $4,000 for just another used supercharger, when there are a few on the site that are complete and under $3,000.
Get in touch with this guy. Maybe you can work out a deal with him.

If not, post up on Racing Junk, if you haven't already. A lot of the time, I just bypass the classifieds here and go straight to Racing Junk, and have a much easier time selling my things.

gave up on selling the blue one in my sig after I took out a wrist pin and the entire bottom end. That got the 427, now i"m selling a 99 coupe black/black stock (was the 427 car) but wasn't moving roller, I buy a motor and then 5 people want it (isn't that how it always works)
Need to get it running (minor odds and ends just have to find time) before I list it and pull it off the lift for pictures

okay I sold my vette blower kit, fuel system and meth.
Now I want to offload the truck kit....c'mon the sooner I get rid of both of these and the 99 vette, the sooner I can get really stupid with the caddy.

fans were necessary on a yukon denali xl at the shop that had electric fans from the factory, they're a slimmer setup and provide more clearance for the head unit since this one runs reverse rotation and pulls air from the area behind the passenger headight (cold air like factory) vs. right over the valve cover like a procharger setup.
