It's not just swapping the input shaft. You have to respline the input shaft to mate to the 80E's output shaft. Yes it will bolt together. I'm currently running the 80E/149 setup. There's also minor wiring involved as well.

I'd estimate it was probably 50k or less. You could tell it was replaced compared to the rest of the Yukon. I got it in a package deal and don't need it.
