Are these for putting e-fans in none e fans trucks? I've got a 2000 with the pulley fan an I wanna upgrade it.

yes, you just need to have them turned on in your tune.

How hard is the install? Everything included to make them work besides the fans?

Just an FYI, when Justin from Blackbear Performance tuned my dads 2000 GMC it did not have the capability to run the electric fans with the stock computer. From what Justin said some of the earlier computers (99-00) were hit or miss on if he could do it or not.
