Yea, the oil fill tube usually has an oily residue on it from either spillage or slight seepage from where it goes in the valve cover. I don't think that there's any gasket there, just a plastic tube that twists and snaps in. If it's not pouring out I wouldn't worry about it...nothing a can of brakleen can't fix lol, or as we call it at work, "gasket in a can"...
