I did the Auburn Pro thing on my old 86 shortbed single cab with a 454 and it was junk. Truck made about 500 hp and was my daily driver for like 4 years.

I've put a trutrac in three vehicles. Never had any problems here, wouldn't go anywhere else for a rear end.

Just curious, what are the cons of a trutrac?
