P0343 Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit High Input

I see this originally started back in 06 you also mentioned a wireing Issue at one point.

Did the code ever go away???

If the wireing is sound and the sensor is reading the only other thing would be an issue with the cam.

check out what happened to this guy.

Help!: dtc p0343

No the code has always been there. But as my winter driver, I don't get out in it much. Way back when I did take the cover off and inspect and all was in order. This weekend I'll do a voltage check on the harness.

Sorry it wasnt ment to be read as you left something lose but maybe there is an issue with the cam shaft it self. after all you mentioned this code has always been there since the swap.
My point was that if there is an issue with the cam shaft being to long or short you may have an issue like the guy with the loose bolts.

I'm hoping it's not the cam as I don't have the time and can't have my truck down for anything more than the weekend intill the summer when the bike comes out.
